The Very Group has appointed Edward Fry as chief financial officer on a permanent basis.<\/p>\n
Fry has served as interim CFO since September 2025, having previously held the role of group finance director.<\/p>\n
He joined The Very Group in 2020 and has played a central role in a string of recent milestones, including the retailer\u2019s change of ownership and the completion of its long-term refinancing deal.<\/p>\n
The Very Group chief executive Robbie Feather said: \u201cEd has guided us brilliantly through multiple key achievements over the past year, and I\u2019m delighted with his appointment as CFO on a permanent basis.<\/p>\n

Fry has extensive experience in senior finance roles across retail and consumer businesses.<\/p>\n
Before joining The Very Group, he held senior roles including chief financial officer at iSmash and group finance director at Ballyclare Group.<\/p>\n
