Halfords has appointed Iain Hayes as operations director within its Commercial Fleet Services business.<\/p>\n
Hayes joined the business on 27 April and brings more than 20 years\u2019 experience in the mobile service industry.<\/p>\n
He has previously held senior roles at DHL, LOXAM, Sofology and Tructyre, with a focus on operational leadership, customer delivery and building large-scale mobile service teams.<\/p>\n
In his new role, Hayes will focus on improving service delivery across Halfords\u2019 UK network, enhancing the customer experience and supporting the development of its commercial fleet teams.<\/p>\n
Halfords said the appointment forms part of its wider investment in long-term growth, operational efficiency and stronger customer partnerships across its fleet services division.<\/p>\n
