Lush debuts rewards scheme

Lush has revealed its first rewards scheme across the UK and its other key markets.

The “Lush Club” rewards scheme is available for customers to use on the cosmetic retailer’s app.

Shoppers can sign up and receive first access to purchase new item launches and can access exclusive drops on the app which are not available elsewhere.

Additionally, customers are rewarded for sustainability initiatives, including returning eligible plastic packaging to shops.



Posting on LinkedIn, Lush global head of digital marketing and programmes Taniya De Abrew said: “The Lush rewards programme has officially launched in the UK and key markets.

“It has taken over three years of work and a significant collaborative effort from teams across the business to bring it to life.”

She added: “Our customers have been asking for a rewards programme for decades, and I couldn’t be prouder to see it live today.”

The business is set to continue rolling out the scheme worldwide.

Lush joins New Look in recently launching its first-ever loyalty scheme, with the fashion brand unveiling its “Club New Look” in October.

Matalan also revealed that it would be overhauling its loyalty programme and revamping its mobile app under its business transformation last month.
